PLUMMER BLOCK BEARING TYPE SN
The SNG bearing comprises a 22 000 series double-row spherical roller bearing, an H300 series adapter sleeve, TSNG type seals and FR rings. ALTEMA has a large stock of these, and can install them (at the required center-to-center distance on the drums) and lubricate them. A drum bearing must be perfectly dimensioned. UCFC APPLIED BEARING CONNECTION SYSTEM
If the shaft is not integral with the drum, it is connected to the drum flanges by UCFC flange bearings. This system allows the axis to take up less space on either side, and makes it easier to integrate the drum in narrow environments. In the case of “roller” drums, we can offer solutions with UCFC type flanged bearings. UCFC housings are round flanged housings with 4 mounting holes and are fitted with UC type ball bearings. They also feature a centering shoulder, which ensures good positioning and hold on drums fitted with them. The bearing ring is locked onto the shaft by a needle screw. For these same bearings, we can offer locking systems using eccentric rings or clamping sleeves (UELFC or UKFC types).
